Groupon's Clarification email Sent on Friday 27th January 2012

Unfortunately, Groupon wrongly sent out a clarification email on the 27th January to customers who purchased Groupon vouchers for Indoor Mini Golf. The information contained in the Groupon clarification email was incorrect please completely disregard it.

We didn't ask Groupon to send this email on our behalf. This was an error made by Groupon.

We are happy to confirm that:

1. Groupon vouchers can be redeemed at any time during our opening hours, not just on Saturdays as wrongly stated in Groupons clarification email.

Our opening hours are:

Tuesday - Wednesday: 11am to 7pm

Thursday - Friday: 11am to 11pm

Saturday - Sunday: 11am to 7pm

We are closed on Mondays (except on bank holidays)

2. Groupon wrongly clarified that booking in advance was required, advance booking is only recommended for groups of 6 or more people.

We have asked Groupon to send an email advising customers to disregard the clarifying email and to confirm our opening hours. We have been advised by Groupon that this email will go out on Monday.

Indoor Mini Golf is sorry for any inconvenience and distress this mistake by Groupon may have caused.

Indoor Mini Golf - FAQ's

Q. Do I need to book in advance?

A. No, however We do recommend booking in advance for groups of 6 or more people.

Q. How long does it take to play a round of Mini Golf?

A. It depends on the size of your group and how busy the course is. Typically it takes 35 - 40 minutes to complete a round and an hour and 10 minutes to complete two rounds.

Q. Are you open on Monday's?

A. We do not open on Monday's except on Bank Holidays when we are open from 11am to 7pm.

Mini Golf Groupon Vouchers - FAQ's

Q. Can two people use one voucher and play a round each?

A. No unfortunately not, you need one voucher per person. Two rounds of Mini Golf are included in your admission. One Indoor Mini Golf Groupon voucher covers one person to play two rounds of Mini Golf.

Q. I have paid for my Groupon voucher but I have not received my voucher number and security code yet, can I just print off my Groupon receipt to show you?

A. Unfortunately we need both your voucher number and your security code. Unless you have both of these pieces of information we cannot validate your purchase with Groupon.

Q. My printer isn't working can I call you in advance with the voucher number and security code?

A. Yes, you can call us on (045) 409 998 prior to your visit.

Q. My Groupon voucher states that you are open till 11pm on Saturday and your website states that you are open till 7pm, which is the correct time?

A. Unfortunately Groupon made an error with our opening hours on the voucher, the correct opening times for Saturdays are 11am to 7pm.

Q. Can I use the Groupon vouchers to book a Birthday Party?

A. No, unfortunately the Groupon vouchers are not valid for Birthday Party's at Indoor Mini Golf.

Q. Can you extend the expiry date on my Groupon voucher?

A. Unfortunately we cannot extend the voucher redemption date. If you do not redeem your Groupon voucher with Indoor Mini Golf by the expiry date you can receive a full refund from Groupon.
